  I must say that this re-finance of my home was extremely fast and easy. I was a client of Quicken for the past 8 years with one refinance with them as well, however, I must say that working with Dylan & Tyler and the rest of your Handshake Home Loan team was a pleasure. Your speed, your helpfulness and professionalism was by far better than my previous experience with Quicken. Again, thank you and please do keep me in mind if and when interest rates are advantageous to me.

  This may have been the easiest closing I’ve ever been involved with. Dennis and his team were professional, responsive, and very timely. The application was simple to fill out, documents easy to upload, and the entire process was completed in about four weeks. I highly recommend this company. Costs were lower than competitors I looked into.

  Nick was FABULOUS!! The entire process was easy and seamless. Everything he told me in the beginning is exactly how everything ended up. I never had to follow up, things were just running smoothly and communication was great. Closed exactly when he estimated we would.   Dennis at Handshake Home Loan was a blessing to us when we refinanced our home. It was early March when the state and economy was really uncertain and covid19 was ramping up. Even though rates and things were changing day by day Dennis always called and updated us about what was happening. He was very professional and diligent about our loan and getting us the very best rate. After we closed, he called back to make sure everything went well and offer more assistance. We highly recommend them.
