  As a first time home buyer who was looking for about 8 months, with making so many offers I lost count, I am proud to say that I now own a home! I give A LOT of credit to Scott and his team for making that happen. Although there were some bumps in the road, mainly because of a very competitive market, it has been a great learning experience overall because Scott actually took a lot of his time assisting me with many questions I had, and he breaks things down for you in the most simple ways, especially someone who might not have a great amount of home buying knowledge. Scott doesn't fail to make his clients feel important as he will respond quickly to your text/phone calls but also will take his time speaking to you, as I never felt like I was rushed on anything at any point. He is as authentic as they come and if you want someone to provide the best customer service while also delivering results then Scott Bogert is your guy!

  Scott worked with us to get us the lowest interest rate and communicated frequently so we knew where we were with the financing process. We were living in North Carolina and we felt very comfortable and safe with him even though we had never met him. He made the process smooth and flawless. Thank you Scott and associates!

  To say Scott Bogert is a MIRACLE WORKER would be an understatement. I came into my second homebuying experience with some challenges. Scott saw beyond those obstacles, and didn't rest until he secured the deal for me. I think he worked harder for me than I did. Even when it seemed lost, Scott continued to work with my realtor to see if there was a solution. There was!! I thought I wouldn't get the personal touch with Scott based in Arizona while I resided in Georgia. I was pleasantly mistaken. When other loan officers saw only numbers, Scott, Andrea Dietrich, and the Bogert team saw the person behind the numbers. Being separated by 3 time zones was not a hinderance, and if you're in Georgia, consider Caliber Home Loans and, more specifically, Scott Bogert and his team, you won't regret it. Thank you Scott!!

  Scott and Andrea make an incredible team. They were courteous and responsive from day one. Since I was a first time home buyer, they both took the time to walk me through every step and explained what I should expect next. I received frequent updates, so I was never wondering what the status of my loan approval was. They would respond to my emails and phone calls the same day, even once when Scott was on vacation. Not to mention, Caliber’s mortgage rates are very competitive and Scott worked with me to lock in the best possible rate. Overall, I could not have asked for a smoother home buying process. I give Scott and Andrea my highest recommendation, and I will certainly be contacting them for any new mortgage needs.

  Highly recommend. We had a VA loan as a first time homebuyer 2 years ago and Scott helped us through each step. His communication is great and he will help you to get the best rates and discounts (if available). We have a new lender now because of new build incentives, but have realized now how Scott truly cares about his customers and simplifies the process. I would not hesitate to send someone to Scott

  My experience with Caliber Home Loans has been nothing but the best. Specifically I would like To thank Scott Bogert and Andrea Dietrich for making the process of purchasing my new home so easy and exciting. When I started my home loan process it was with my own Bank and I was approved quickly but when I found my home, the seller did not want to deal with my Bank due to previous poor experiences with them. I was forced to quickly find a new loan company and with my realtor Stacy Miller’s referral, I was directed to Scott Bogart and Caliber Home Loans. Scott Waisted no time and even seemed like he dropped what he was doing at the very moment I spoke to him and got my process rolling and in no time I was approved and ready to proceed with the purchase of my new dream home. I was then introduced to Scott’s assistant Andrea Dietrich who was as energetic as Scott in getting me through the process. I had not bought a home in 30 years and was nervous about the whole process. Scott and Andrea did all the hard work and were in constant communication with me along the way explaining everything to make it so simple and less stressful than I could ever imagine.   First time homebuyers here, trying to play around in a hot market. Scott and his team (including Andrea) worked tirelessly throughout our entire, VERY long process to help us navigate these crazy hot waters we're in currently. We made a ridiculous amount of offers over the span of four months, looking almost daily, to finally find a place we could secure with the current market conditions. We always felt like we had a friend who we could call to just chat with regardless how many times we went thru the same paperwork and questions over and over again. When we started this process we shopped around at different lenders. We didn't so much as get a call from other lenders, email only to get the ball rolling. Scott reached out to me directly when he found out we were interested in applying for our first mortgage before we had even started the application process! GREAT customer service! Scott took the time to give me a call just to see how things were going and always went out of his way to make sure we understood the mortgage process from the and to answer any questions we had. We always felt prepared for what lay ahead of us in the process while we were searching for and buying our first home because of Scott. I can't recommend Scott and his team at Caliber Home Loans enough!!

  Scott and his team are so great to work with! I've worked with them for years and have yet to have a transaction delayed or a buyer end up not qualifying. Their customer service is above and beyond no matter the price point or the buyers hurdles. Keep up the great work Scott!!!!
