  I would like to share with you my experience working with Kevin Brierton. My husband and I decided to purchase a home recently. Our amazing realtor Betsy Smith recommended we contact Kevin to help us with all of the financial pieces. The financial part is the most nerve wrecking part of the process but thankfully Kevin and his team made this process so comfortable and smooth. I didn’t feel any stress or concerns during this process. Kevin kept us in the loop continually. There was not a moment in this process were I didn’t know what was going on which I appreciated. We closed on our home back in March and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every month thereafter I get emails from him keeping us knowledgeable on what is going on with the market today. On top of that I just celebrated my birthday on the 11th. He called and sent a gift. He has definitely become a part of our family. I highly recommend him and his team

  Kevin is the only mortgage broken I use! He helped me purchase my first house, notified me when the best time was to re-fi into a shorter mortgage and just recently helped with a new house purchase. Kevin is easy to work, not pushy at all, and provides excellent feedback. I have already had a few friends reach out to Kevin and his team.

  I am always skeptical of anyone in the real estate business. So when it comes to doing business in that market, I always reach out to my contacts and ask for referrals. I find it a much better experience when you work with people who come recommended by other people who you already trust. That being said, I found Kevin and his team by referral from another referral that came from a great, close friend of mine. When Tim referred Kevin, he spoke highly of him and he was not wrong. From the first phone call to the closing process, Kevin was communicative, we knew exactly what was going on, what might still be needed and what our timeline was. We wanted to move fast, and that is what we did. We had our rates within a day, an appraisal a few days later and the rest was basically waiting for underwriting! We received weekly update emails while we waited, we were given options that Kevin took the time to explain not only what options we had, but why each option might make sense for us. We were doing a cash-out, so there other factors to work in and he was able to actually get us more than we originally asked. They were quick to reply to emails, answer calls, etc. and always available. If you are looking for a reliable team who will work with your best interests in mind, Kevin and his team are the way to go. I almost always find something to complain about when doing business with people and I don't think I had one complaint! Thank you!

  Caliber Home Loans was outstanding in refinancing my home. They were prompt, very responsive to all questions and gave me a great deal. I would recommend Caliber Home Loans and especially Kevin Brierton and Mitch Perez for your next mortgage or refinancing needs. This is the second time I've refinanced my home and this experience was hassle free, expeditious and prompt unlike my previous with Wells Fargo.
