  Louis Coppelli is great. This is my 2nd time refinancing with him. Smooth sailing both times, and the work is minimal for me always. Basically, Louis has the rates on his mind, and he's the one that calls me and says"want to refinance? We can drop your rate by (etc), and save you X amount of dollars". He does all the work and saves me money every time! Basically, I've saved tens of thousands of dollars over a lifetime by Louis just taking care of me. Thanks Louis!

  This is the second time I have used Stacy as my lender. She is efficient and great at communicating with all parties involved. Our process was seamless thanks to her and her team. Our builder even thanked us and was impressed with Stacy's organization and communication. Stacy will be my lender for life!

  This the 2nd time I've had the PLEASURE of working with Stacy and her team. Once again they were flawless. I didn't think this would get done due to the COVID-19 pandemic going around during this time. Stacy, true to form, got right on it, As always, kept me in the loop every step of the way. Returned every phone call and email. When the time was right, she jumped on the best possible rate and got it done. I don't think I've ever worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, proficient staff in buying/ refi a mortgage. The best !
