  The staff at Dale Benton Chevrolet was easy to work with and does follow their advertised policy of one salesperson throughout the used vehicle purchase process. Montanna Pierce immediately greeted us on arrival and quickly took us on test drives of the 3 vehicles that most interested us on the first visit. He listened and understood our decision would take a few days. There was no pressure after the first visit, but we did have good communication and a pleasant purchase experience. Montanna also promptly sent a personalized handwritten 'Thank You' note after our purchase, which helped make our experience special. We purchased a non-GM (or Nissan) used vehicle. So far (~500 miles) it seems they properly inspected and prepared it for sale. The key value we perceive with Dale Benton is the no-cost limited lifetime powertrain warranty. Hopefully we won't have to use it, but it is nice to have available due to the use we will get out of this vehicle.

  If I could 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst service. Spoke with the sales manager about coming BACK on a saturday( after looking Wednesday and being low balled on trade in) sales manager said she would make it worth my while to come back. Called Saturday morning made an appointment at 12 to go see vehicle. Drove from Huntsville get to dealership and the proceed to tell us they sold the vehicle about 30 minutes before we got there. No curtsey call to let us know or anything. Everyone seems so confused and talks in circles. Very unprofessional. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

  Visited the dealership Saturday evening after they were closed to look at a vehicle we had seen on the website, and even though it was after hours, one of the sales representatives, Jordan came out to us and went in and pulled up a report for the vehicle we were interested in. I came back on Monday afternoon, and Jordan provided everything I needed to help me make my decision to purchase a new Tahoe. Greatly appreciated Jordan and all of his help with this.

  Really a 4.5 review I’ve bought at least 8-10 new cars and never seen a dealership this rude. After I insisted on going through my own credit union and not with Chevrolet they were ready to get me out. That’s just my experience. I personally will never be in that store again

  I am happy with the work done on my Sierra. I did have an issue with the tech taking off my window cling from the place I bought my tires that tells when rotation is due. This was the second time that the tech removed this from my windshield. I called and spoke to Alan and he said he would talk to the tech about locating the sticker that was taken off of my truck, he was to call me back but he did not. I called the dealership back and spoke with Holly and explained the situation to her and why it was upsetting to me. She was very understanding and helpful in resolving the issue and said that she would rotate my tires and fill with Nitrogen for the life of the tires currently on my GMC. Thanks Holly!

  Simply the best dealer experience I've ever had. Briar was an excellent salesman, they were willing to negotiate, and had the car and paperwork ready and waiting for me when I arrived. They showed pride in their establishment, and the owner, Bob Hembree came out to make sure that everything was good.
