      Tiffany was very friendly and helpful in getting our auto loan. We had to stay longer than expected due to our dealer having issues on their end and she made our experience very pleasant. This was our first time going to this branch. Wish they could be closer to our home!

      I have never seen a credit union where you could only open an account if you were an employee of a partner or a relative of someone who has an account. Very odd.

      Me, my husband and daughter love this branch. The tellers are great at their job and they truly care about you. Every time my husband goes in and they’ve not seen me in a while they ask about me and my health. They have got to know me and are aware of my health problems and they always accommodate me in anyway they can. We have been with them for several years, and they have had the same tellers the entire time which is always a plus.

      I recently opened an account here and got an auto loan. Working with Tiffany to begin the process and then coming back to finalize it with Donna has been one of the best loan applying experiences that I have ever had. Everyone has their bad days, but so far at Redstone FCU, everyone has been so nice.
