  The Kim Moon Group are absolutely the best team to work with when financing a home!! They are always available and will walk you through the process of buying a home.   I worked with Kim approximately 95% of the time. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions. She answered my questions via text, email and phone call whenever she was free- nights and weekends included. It’s very obvious that they are a customer satisfaction based company and they carry it out perfectly. + the rates are low 😉

  From the beginning we were treated by Thomas and Maria as valued friends. Although our particular loan required a lot of paperwork and patience on our part, they were understanding and concise about what we needed and helped us keep to our timelines. They took the time to explain our process in detail when we didn't understand or was confused, and uploading documents that we needed into their website was easy. I would most definitely recommend First Bank Mortgage.
