  The women there are very friendly and wonderful to work with. If you have an everyday problem and are struggling with a payment or anything they come up with solutions and ideas to help you. Would highly recommend the Guntersville office.

  Every time I need to either change my due date,or need emergency cash, they work with me. Incredibly flexible with amazing staff who are actually there to help you. Best place to go to imo

  We just tried to get a loan from here,..the lady that helped us was wonderful, smart, and a shining personality; but the manager was a completely rude. I observed her giving orders to her employees,.like get this hand me that. I'd just like the woman who.helped us to know what a great job she's doing and thank you!!!

  The lady's in the office are the best. The branch manager Melea is always great to talk to and help with even the sillyest questions. Will do business with them again.

  I really enjoyed doing business with Covington credit of guntersville especially with Ms Morgan she works there at the guntersville Covington credit she was very helpful with me they were very patient with me they worked with me and anything I needed they tried their best to get and help me And these people never saw me they just sent me a check in the mail I cashed it it helped me get my credit bill back up and I just think they're absolutely wonderful I'd recommend anyone going with them
