Catalina Garcia2We bought our car 2 years ago. We recently had to take it to the dealership and explore the possibility to use the warranty to repair it. The flow of information was absent. The service was slow. It was almost impossible to talk to the mechanic in charge. We had to ask the people at Nissan to please give our case to another mechanic. We didn’t feel confident that GunnNissan would be able to help us in a prompt and honest way. The car was in the dealership for a whole week without any work done on it. I feel the worst part was not knowing what was going on and not having the time to be on top of them to get the job done.

Linda Ancira5My service was great! I wasn't expecting my car to be vacummed back and front. I felt so bad, because that particular day, we took our dogs to get their shots and one of them is a Pit Bull! He slobbers everywhere. That was the best Christmas Present I had ever received! This really shows their meekness during the holiday spirit and compassion for others.

Invino Veritas5Our buying experience last year was great with Hillary K. We have purchased a total of 3 cars since then. To top it off our service advisor Mario has been awesome! Thanks! We will continue going to Gunn Nissan. However, I would recommend to look over finance paper CAREFULLY. We had issues with two of the cars, but was resolved quickly. The loan amount was changed on one because there was confusion on us paying for extended warranty out right. We were not advised of paperwork being changed instead our bank notified us. The second mix-up was items rolled in that were not authorized. Interestingly, both issues were done by same finance guy. Hope this helps future buyers. Despite this we recommend dealership.

Savannah Marquez3Noone greeted when I pull in, confused who to speak with. Service advisor did not explain what was completed and did not complete a walk around Other fluids were left low, should have mentioned it in report so that could have been added . Washer fluid , coolant levels were low. I come to dealership every oil change, thought they washed the exterior everytime. My car was not wash.

David Bumpass5First of all, I was a little distracted with all the construction, but there's construction all over town. When I got there, Kimberly was there to help me. I needed to get in and out fast and she was on it! I didn't wait to be taken care of. She was friendly and professional. I thought it would be like the other oil change place, but I was happily surprised. Prompt, not expensive, and she let me know what else my daughter needed to keep up with the maintenance on her car. She told me she liked the place, and now I know why. Kimberly Stewart was awesome. Glad you have her and all your technicians. I will be back and I will tell my daughter she was right.

Tiffany Arenas5Over all it was, as always, a great visit. Only feed back I could give is, usually when I drive in for ANY kind of service, someone will come up to the car before I even get the chance to get out and go inside. This visit, they were not busy. Most of the techs were inside chatting and on their phones with no visible customers. It was cold and rainy and because they usually come out, I waited. I waited awhile for someone. I could see the techs who would look back at my car and just continue on their phones. Even when I walked in, it took a min for someone to ask how they could help me. I was there for an oil change. The tech said it wouldn't take long, that they weren’t busy. Took them the appropriate time to take care of it & they did the inspection giving me options and quotes on a few up keeping maintenance that could be done. Over all it was a good visit. Just took me by surprise that I wasn’t approached to see what was needed. I’ve never experienced this before & wasn’t expecting it. They’re hard working, kind to the customers and honest with what might need to be done. They don’t try to sell stuff that doesn’t need to be done. Just gives you options for upkeep maintenance and I like that a lot!

Uvaldo Chacon1I was very disappoint with services and the repairs at Gunn Nissan San Antonio TX . After three time and over 5000 dollars spent with 2 months in the shop. I know that I will not be returning back ever again. I will make sure none of my friends or family members ever shop or repair their vehicles at this dealer ship. Not only did i get bad service i was also accuse maybe I was the reason the repairs were not working correctly, go figure the customer get blame.

Scott4Even though I didn't get what I wanted for my trade in, the buying experience was very nice and hassle free. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima and my sales consultant Joe was very easy to work with. He didn't pressure me into a vehicle and let me choose what I wanted. The entire staff was very friendly as well and they seem to be well trained on customer service and appreciation unlike some dealerships I have been to. I will definitely return to Gunn Nissan for my next vehicle purchase.
