  Im glad the company accepted my payments and I do pay high, however I have a few problems: 1. paying through the website doesn't work and I didn't realize it didn't work until nearly the next payment. 2. They will call you relentlessly, and when asking to postpone a payment they apparently need a screenshot as they can't get it done themselves on their systems (I've never had that problem anywhere else. A screenshot? Really?) 3. Postponing payments does not work at ALL. I could catch up if I could postpone payments for just 1 month and that's it, but I haven't been able to since I got the vehicle financed. Very annoying.

  Don’t have the best credit but they financed me in November 20 and I’m 3 months ahead on my payments. They’ve been nice and helpful since the beginning.

  Put on hold multiple times for simple questions to be answered. Set up for agents poor on corporates behalf. When actively looking for payoff information should have COMPLETE file up. Not back and forth.

  Would never ever do or recommend anybody do business with them unless you’re looking to ruin your life or desperate. It’s bad enough they charged me over $10,000 on a car for a base Nissan Versa Worth $13,999 max. I Ending up paying $25,000 back at a rate of $495 a month. Then when my car got stolen they still hold me to pay it all back. As if I don’t need to get another car. My life is now ruined due to things I can’t control and a company that never cared.   Apparently they denied me because of 4 months of unpaid child support out of 5 years. They are a joke. Im glad they didn't approve me. So glad GM Financial approved my loan. Read other reviews on other websites before a dealer tries to stick you with these bottom feeders

  So found out that my husband received a call from a female rep and had the nerve to ask him if he was paid daily. What kind of question was that? When I get a hold of her number directly, I will report her. Didn't realize they hire people with interpersonal skills like that. My husband is a retired military serviceman and for you to ask that is beyond me. I will post name and number you can count on that.

  I was glad to be accepted with such a low credit history and poor credit. Monthly payment is fair. I only did a $100 down. I pay extra a month to pay off the interest.

  Non existent customer service. Just terrible to deal with. Hope to refinance soon with another lender.
