Nicolas Flores1Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Extremely unhelpful the banker I sat down to speak with was extremely rude. Didn’t answer any of my questions and presented me with fee after fee to complete the transaction I was trying to complete. Don’t bank with Wells Fargo

Sherry Woodlee1I went inside to make a deposit and only one teller was working & was actually in training. One customer was ahead of me and she had to leave the teller & go to her car to get documents. I asked if they would merely take my deposit, and the answer was no that they had to wait on her to return. What bank on plant earth other than Wells Fargo is this unprofessional?

David Campos1I attempted to set up a branch office appointment to replace my ATM card and they have no appointments at this location. The bank representative provided the worse customer service. I will definitely consider closing this account in the near future. The wait on my replacement card is 7-10 days. Thank god for Frost Bank account backup.

Allison Palacios5The ATM at this branch ate my card but the people inside were so helpful. They immediately got me a new temporary card, completed the deposit I was trying to make in the first place, and ordered me a new card! I was dreading that my card was eaten but they had me taken care of in minutes. I use to have Frost and they could of never helped me like that. Love having Wells Fargo!

Evan Hughes1This is the slowest bank I have ever had to come to. Expect to sit in line for atleast 25 minutes. The tellers aren't concerned with getting customers through the line since they are occupied with their phones and talking amongst each other. There is no other Wells Fargo near us so I am forced every time to come to this horrible branch!!! Managment needs to step it up.

Mary Maxine Bobbitt1On the window it says drive through opens at 9 and they are back there chatting and haven’t acknowledged me. It’s 9:12 am. If they changed their hours they’ve seen me sitting here for 15 minutes and have said nothing. Completely unprofessional but what else do you expect from Wells Fargo?

Josh Pollok5Opened a new checking and savings account here the other day on my lunch break. Was in a hurry so wasn't to sure if i had enough time, but they had me in and out in 15 minutes. The very next day the lovely woman who set my account up called to see if I needed anything to just let her know. Not to mention but the ladies that work there are beautiful and very polite. Overall great experience.

Ronda Dudley5Every time I go to wells Fargo I have a great experience. Yesterday I had to get a new debit card because my card info was compromised. I just came from being at the ER and Gig was so helpful and caring she help me get out quickly so I could go get my medicine. Thank you very much.

Mohammad Musaqlab1I had bad experience I came to open an Account and they told me the location and I asked if it next to UIW and they said yes and when I want there they said you don’t have appointment I tried to call and they don’t answer than they called and they said it’s different location and they said we have more than one on the same street name and they want to reschedule. So if you know that you have more than one and I am sure this happened before why didn’t you send the address to the people before the appointment . I am really upset and now I don’t feel I want to open an Account in this bank
