  Dave Grauwels and his team were absolutely incredible...I have worked with Dave on three home purchases, and I would never consider using anyone else.   Ryan and his team were absolutely great to work with! Being that this was our first home, we obviously had a lot of questions. Everyone on the team took all the necessary time to make sure that we were informed throughout the process and didn't have any remaining questions. They really got to know us a couple and we never felt like just another customer. Have been recommending Guild to anyone I know buying a house!

  Ryan and his team were fantastic to work with! We contacted them about a year ago to see what we needed to do to be ready to buy our first home. There were a few things that we needed to do to improve our credit. We talked to someone else at a different bank and they just said our credit was not good enough and wouldn’t talk to us about anything else. Noele went over different options with us and gave us all the information we needed to improve our credit. She was so helpful and did not make us feel bad about anything like the other people did. When we got our credit to a place we needed it Ryan was great to work with to get our pre approval, he always answered our questions and got back to us with plenty of time. We just closed on our house and could not be more happy with how everything went.

  I would highly recommend looking into Guild! We just closed on our first home and they did a great job walking us through and talking us through the process. Working with Guild and setting up a mortgage with them truly was the easiest step in purchasing our first home. The team is very responsive and open to giving you whatever info you need. Will work with Guild in the future!

  Ryan and his team did an amazing job getting me a mortgage. As a small business owner, its very difficult to get a mortgage. Other banks told me point blank, you'll have a hard time getting a mortgage. Ryan was extremely positive from the very beginning and put me at ease. Plus I got a GREAT RATE on my mortgage. The low rates and great service that you'll get at Waterstone mortgage makes it the best in Madison!

  I have worked with Ryan and his team for a number of years. He is conscientious, kind, and knowledgeable. Good Mortgage Loan Officers are not rate quoters, they are consultants. Working with someone that is independent is important to me, as I believe that financial institutions often try to fit you in a certain box for certain reasons - a limited product offering, loan goals, or maybe even a sales contest. Ryan will shop various providers, provide options, and recommend a course of action that is in your best interest. While I can't say that his loan will always be the least expensive, I do know he makes an effort to be as competitive as possible. Thank you Ryan and Waterstone Mortgage for being a trusted partner.

  We could not be more please with our service we received at Waterstone Mortgage from Laura Stanfield! As first time home buyers, we had no idea the kind of paperwork and such that was needed along with the process. Laura and Gina did an excellent job of helping us through the process very quickly. They made sure to give us deadlines to get our proper paperwork in. Their communication was excellent and they were very easy to reach and responsive through emails and phone calls. They made the mortgage process a breeze and we closed in under a month (on our expected closing date)! We couldn't be more please with their excellent service, their attention to detail, their timeliness, and their professionalism.
