  We came to Karla and her team being very new to Colorado, and very nervous about entering the Colorado housing market. They were knowledgeable, good with communication, and helped make us feel confident in our offer. In fact, we were told after buying our home that Karla's reassurance of our finances was one of the main reasons our offer was chosen. Highly recommend.

  We had such a positive experience with Karla and the whole Kyte team while buying our first home. As we were new to this whole process, she explained everything clearly before we had even started looking at houses, and her advice definitely helped us see our options more clearly and realistically. When we did end up making an offer, she and her team were so communicative, and helped us tremendously through the whirlwind process of a 2 week close. Yes, that's right - our realtor recommended offering a 2 week close to help us get our house, and the Kyte team was able to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Denver area!!!

  If you're looking for a team of friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient folks to help with your house purchase, give Karla a call. As a first time homebuyer we were intimidated and uneducated about the process in general. Karla and her team guided us from the first day where we had our "mortgage planning meeting" to the last day when she called us as we were getting ready to sign our closing paperwork. They stood out in their ability to educate us on a complicated process, provide options and run mortgage scenarios, find ways to creatively help us position our offer, and communicate quickly while doing it. Karla and her team are great and we highly recommend them to anyone buying a house!
