  I couldn't have had a better experience with Jennifer and Katie! From the very beginning, they were so efficient and professional (and they got me an INCREDIBLE rate on my home loan!) They did a great job of getting documentation out quickly and following up in a timely manner. All of their systems were so easy to use and nothing was over-complicated. Not to mention, Jennifer and Katie are super nice and so enjoyable to speak with! Highly recommend all around!

  Jennifer and her team (Katie especially) were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a first-time homebuyer, and they were informative, patient, prompt, and overall incredibly professional. I had many questions/concerns along they way, and they were very responsive and reassuring to any and all of my worries. We closed on time (it was a quick close, too), and I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. I feel confident in referring them to anyone!

  Jennifer and her team were incredibly helpful and even fun to work with! We had a fairly challenging investment property purchase of a new build where the closing date kept getting moved back multiple weeks at a time. Jennifer helped us assess the appropriate time to lock and also worked directly with our realtor and the seller when we had to extend the lock. I've worked with several different mortgage lenders over the years and Jennifer is by far the best. Her knowledge and ability to explain each option available to you is impressive. Certainly made us feel like we were in the right hands!

  Jennifer and her team are absolutely the best! I have done 3 different Purchase Transactions with her and every single one of them went off without a hitch. As busy as she is, she always responds quickly whether it is a phone call or email. Her team is just as responsive. You always know where in the mortgage process you stand!   Jennifer and her whole team were extremely easy to work with. They were very responsive, worked weekends even, and took time to understand and explain our basic questions about the way a refinance works. Moreover, they offered a far better refinance rate than we were able to find elsewhere on the internet, and working with someone local was far preferable anyway. Would highly recommend working with Jennifer and her team!

  Well, I can't think of any better reviews to offer than to share that I have worked with Jennifer and her exceptional team on three consecutive lending activities associated with our single family home...where to start? Since we purchased this house in 2013 and did the loan with Jennifer, we have re-financed twice with her team and, believe it or not, the easy process we experienced in 2013 gets easier every time we work with Jennifer, Katie and the team at Guaranteed Rate. The online portal is a breeze to work with, their team is extremely responsive to both calls and emails and, most importantly, they are proactive with communication and always provide updates, so one never needs to wonder if your loan is lost on someone's desk or among their files. They have added a new closing process that was fantastic...much of it done online on the day of closing and the final notarized work being done here at our house. Clearly, my wife and I are big fans of Jennifer and her team...it is so comforting to know they are there to assist you with all your needs. In addition to the loans we have done, Jennifer and her team have advised me on loans that we did not do...never any pressure from them, just good consultative advice that one needs to make the best decisions.   Jennifer was amazing to work with every step of the way when buying our new home. She was responsive, patient, and made the financial process of securing our mortgage as seamless as possible. From our prospective phone calls where we talked through assets, scenarios, and budgets, to the quick 24-hour turnaround when we found our house and wanted to submit our offer immediately. She made herself available to us whenever we needed, and she has an excellent staff with her that was equally supportive and helpful.
