  I can’t say enough good things about Genesis and our refi experience. She and I used to work together so when it came time to lower our rate I wanted to use someone I knew and trusted to get through the process and ensure I was getting the best deal.   Genesis was so kind and funny to work with. We (sadly) had already began working with another broker for a re-fi and reached out to Genesis when things just "didn't feel right". She took the time to not only go over our contract. She also explained the things that we could not understand and were only accepting as is. With her expertise and professionalism, we made a phone call and she helped us save thousands. I truly wish we had chosen to work with Genesis from the beginning. However, we are fortunate to have had the chance to work with her before we signed on the dotted line. Bottom line is that this girl KNOWS her stuff, is passionate about what she does, and will fight for her customers (and others as well). You cannot go wrong with Genesis on your side.

We had been given David’s contact information by our previous lender due to COVID-19 and the phasing out of CHFA by said previous lender due to the pandemic. David put us in contact with Genesis Gomez and the relationship that we were able establish as we navigated through the sometimes stressful and confusing home buying process was absolutely key to our happiness and success with purchasing our new home. Genesis is nothing short of spectacular and is so very professional and knowledgeable. She prepared us for the worst and delivered us the best.   IHM was recommended to us by a realtor we met at an open house, and boy are we glad they were! Will Price helped us buy our home in April, right when COVID started shutting things down, and he was so great to work with. He was super communicative, available, and good at explaining everything. It turned into a long process for reasons unrelated to financing and he was with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend him to anyone, first-time buyer, VA or otherwise. Only disappointment is that we never got to meet him in person! Thank you so much!

  I am contacted almost daily from mortgage companies asking me to refinance my home. I have had to block them out because refinancing is time-consuming and I end up spending money instead of saving money. When I was initially contacted by Jan, I didn't respond.
