  Kelsi and the whole Guild Mortgage team were so great to work with! They made the loan process so easy, my husband and I always felt informed and confident that Guild Mortgage had everything under control. Kelsi was very thorough and spent a lot of time answering our many questions. We emailed her and the team after hours and weekend and always got a response within minutes. Guild mortgage goes above and beyond to make sure the home buying process goes as smoothly as possible! Even our realator was extremely impressed with how easy and professional the team was to work with. Thank you for making our dream of owning a home possible!

  My first experience with Guild was great! My loan Officer was Andrew Milmoe who has since moved on to a different company! My second was not so great, I was interested in doing a refi with Guild and had some other great competing offers. Karla Kyte bragged over both email and phone about how much she could save me from keeping fees waived if the refi was done in house by guild and about how Quicken was notorious for adding points at high fees. The funny part is the bashing of another company to sell herself is not even true. After exchanging several emails and talking on the phone for a bit she asked the question, "who is your current loan with now?" I had to answer with a slight embarrassment of "it's with you". It's a shame when I am unknown to a company and a rep of the company when I've been making payments to them for about 2 years. She said she could not see anything on me because I did not have a file...which is either a lie or Guild has not empowered their employees to give the best service possible. I was pushed to the back burner by their company and received a rude text from the second loan officer mentioned above...I decided to part ways immediately and go with Quicken Loans. It was a fast and easy experience and my offer was way better than anything Guild could do.

  Guild Mortgage is the best! I worked with Karla, and if you're looking for a group of people that are the type that will not only do whatever it takes to service their clients in the most effective way possible AND are super fun and easy to work with LOOK NO FURTHER! I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

  We couldn't be any happier with the way our loan process was handled. Stevie was our loan originator, and was very helpful and communicated with us through the entire process. He and his team were always available to answer any questions, and we constantly giving us updated info. Would highly recommend!

  Vets beware use your VA loan elsewhere. If you have a damage claim they will hold your check, dictate how and who you can use, issue partial payments, even thou your insurance has issued full payment, this is fine if they want to pay there portion of the deductible and there portion of the premium, and also if you have to come out pocket they should pay there portion. Take your va loan elsewhere. Do not use this company. They don’t care if your displaced they don’t care if you pay your mortgage on time (my loan is current and has always been) they simply don’t care.

  This company spammed me with emails and text messages even after i asked them to stop.
