  Very efficient and straightforward processing of my re-fi, transparency on interest rates and points published on website daily, closing costs and fees were reasonable. Anthony Hai guided the process knowledgably and efficiently, definitely recommend.

  The service has really gone to an all time low. They have gone thru three managers in two years. The quality of the phone service is non-existent. Whomever is doing the 2nd mortgage prey on clients, by bumping up Interests rates during Covid. As a retired teacher, I would strongly suggest that you should run.

  WESTERRA IS THE BEST! Closed on my condo in two weeks!! If you live in Colorado you should look no further for lender. Westerra really knows what they are doing.

  My husband has been with Westerra for 20 years , he talked me in to switching from my bank to Westerra credit union. I finally did and after i did it was the worst mistake EVER! Their customer service is the worst, you can never get a hold of anyone in the loan department and if you do they say they will call you back and never do, until you speak with their manager. They have screwed us three times and that is enough. If you want to deal with people who do not care about their customers, or who hold YOUR money from you, or who do not help you out whatsoever This is the place.
