  This lending company absolutely screwed my family. everything started out fine with this company until we realize that the lender that we were dealing with was not listening to anything we were telling her regarding our loan. We went back and forth for 2 months with them trying to figure out the correct answers get the ball rolling so our family can move into our house. The whole time we are told that everything was fine and everything was going as planned the night before we go up to do our concrete on the job we're on the house we are under the impression that we were buying we were told that the seller is backing out because they are not happy with the loan. The loan that was processed was not the loan we requested to be processed the entire time. This mortgage company ran our credit score the day before they told us they were going to drop us which is affecting us ultimately in buying our house. We are in month 3 of trying to buy her house finding ourselves starting completely over with nobody accepting any responsibility for what they are doing to these families. if you have gobs and gobs of money these people will love you but if you were just a regular family stay away they will take everything you have

  Tom and his team are incredible! They helped me through every step of the way and kept things simple. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking @ buying a home, this is the best team to have on your side. So friendly and helpful, couldn't be happier!!! 😊👍🏼👍🏼

  Called to confirm the wrong appointment which can happen but he failed to let me know the appropriate class was cancelled. When I discussed it he was unapologetic and rude. He made no attempt to reschedule. Extremely disappointed. It wasnt just a mistake he just didn't care that he messed up.

  Terrible experience, my fiancé and I were applying for a mortgage, since we were young (25) and (23) we weren't taken seriously. None of our calls were returned, they also insisted that we must do an application immediately before even consulting with any other lender. The lender laughed when we came in. Not to mention we had great credit and a sizable down payment. Would not recommend, find a real lender. Guild mortgage is a joke.

  Stay away. I've dealt with quite a few Mortgage companies in the past, and this company is definitely the B team, at best. I can't begin to tell you the fiasco and complete utter incompetence in this organization.

  The same entrance as the eye place. There is never anyone there at either locations horrible customer service.
