  Hands down, Mark is the guy you want to work with. After several lender interviews, Mark easily became my top choice for a lender. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to do my due diligence with selecting the right lender to help with closing a deal on our first home. Needless to say, that due diligence paid off. Mark was able to get us an optimal mortgage interest rate that was well below the current average. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a home. Mark, YOU DA MAN!!!

  I can't say enough about Mark Ebinger at Residential Mortgage. We had a bit of a tricky situation, and his expertise brought us through the home buying process with ease. I had tons of questions through the whole process and through it all Mark was available to help me understand every aspect of our journey from pre-approval to settlement. My realtor told me several times how knowledgeable and well versed he was, particularly in the USDA loan process. He definitely "knows his stuff" and I am beyond grateful we were able to work with him. Not only that, he secured an incredible interest rate for us- the lowest of any other company I researched. His common sense approach, years of experience, and no nonsense manner were a breath of fresh air. Together, he and our realtor made a wonderful team, and we never could have done it without them.   We needed to find a house on a time crunch due to a new job in another state. Despite COVID causing so many of the daily parts of our lives to come to a screeching halt, Mark Ebinger helped us navigate the home-buying process when the market was anything but stable. He was always available when we needed him, would go out of his way to help us out in a crunch, and his thoughtful advice perfectly conveyed his wealth of experience with the home-buying process. We were able to get the lowest possible rate on our mortgage, thanks to Mark’s thorough evaluations and expertise. We were fortunate enough to be recommended to Mark by our realtor, Kat Royer (who was also outstanding by the way), and couldn’t be happier that we worked with Mark and the RMS Team. The home-buying process can be challenging in the best of times (let alone in a pandemic) and Mark was with us every step of the way. My wife and I could not recommend him more highly!
