  Damien was an absolute perfect professional. I was kept informed every step of the process. Damien is well organized and explained our options and the different costs of each one of the options. We went from application to cleared to close in 10 days with the added bonus of no appraisal. This was during the holiday season to make it even more impressive. Damien know his business, knows the options, and is a great teacher, I recommend him highly and have recommended to family members to use him.

  Damien is wonderful to work with. He’s helpful, honest, and knows what he is talking about. I didn’t know if I would be able to get financing for my home due to student loan debt, but he walked me through the numbers and figured out how to make it happen!   Damien and the crew at guardian are hands down the absolute best place to service all of your mortgage needs. I have purchased 2 homes through them and one refinance. Damien knows the business like no other and will find you the best option for your needs.
