  We have worked with Tavell in the past for our first mortgage and to refinance. So when we decided to refinance again we called her on a Monday and by Friday with her experience and expertise we were set to sign the refinance papers that next Thursday!   I first tried to refi with an online co. But my finances are complex. Even with a credit rating very near the very top, the online co was very hard to work with. Tavell understood my situation quickly and had no issues getting me through the process. Very upfront about cost, rate and time frame. She is a true ace at what she does! Very definitely recommend Tavell.

  After retiring, we needed to reevaluate our monthly expenditures​ and after much research and prayer, we decided on a reverse mortgage. I had used Division Mortgage in the past and returned to them with confidence. We are Wyoming farmers and wanted to keep the farm and still have our equity to utilize after retirement. The reverse mortgage allowed us a quality of life without having to sell part of the farm or work at a part-time job. We have no monthly payment, are debt free, and can live in our home for the rest of our lives. Division Mortgage Group took care of us and we recommend them to you with confidence.
