Jeffry Sprock1This Credit union is completely incompetent. Do not use this institution. I can't deposit checks. Last month they switched their web company and it was a complete disaster. I lost all of payment and deposit history. When I tried to get a cashier check so we could take our money out of the bank they refused to do it. This is supposed to be the credit union for city employees. As a city employee I feel completely disrespected by this institution.

Matt Singer5Was looking up some info real quick on the credit union and noticed the reviews. I clicked on them to see what was written and was surprised. I have banked here for 20 years. I don't believe I have ever been treated poorly by anyone at the bank. Over the years, there have been a few banking errors made, all of which were rectified. These people meet me with a smiling face every time I enter.

Julia Ruddock5At Rimrock Credit Union, the person comes first! I have been a member of RRCU for over twenty years. They have always treated our family with kindness and courtesy. They have been making tremendous strides in the past few years to update their online capabilities and account offerings. They may not have all the perks other CUs offer just yet, but they make up for it ten times over with their service! I have never had a bad experience. Recently, I went into the office to get a auto loan with Brandi. The entire process was quick and easy! She was also able to offer me a significantly lower interest rate than other banks & CUs I had researched.

Jennifer Diane Eidson5Rimrock Credit Union has been there for me through and through. I used to deal with Paula, until she retired. She was always very sweet and straight forward with me. RRCU has always prevailed in helping me when I needed it the most. In a time where I thought I would never be able to get a loan without a sky high interest rate, RRCU was there. I've been with RRCU for about 10 years now, several loans later I still have a great rapport with their staff. Since Paula's retirement, I now deal with Brandi and she is the best! She always calls me back within a business day and is very informative. The teller's are always helpful, prompt and courteous. I have even moved out of state for a few years and still very pleased. Things have changed with RRCU, but not entirely bad. Still a little slow on the technology aspect to online banking and mobile banking. It does take awhile to get used to compared to another bank I deal with (only for the convenience when traveling). With their overall performance and longevity with their integrity, I'm more than satisfied and will never deal with another bank again (unless they do not offer the services I desire/need).

Beau Bolton1Poor customer service, terrible hours, simple things like mobile deposits are foreign to this bank ...... service was down for months and it is certainly not a priority. It it very unlikely if you can even get in touch with someone let alone utilize their archaic "web" service". Following closing my account, screwing me out of $60 that you said you would reimburse is a joke, so we won't even touch on the integrity factor. I dropped you because your service sucks, leaving this review because you chose to end it on that note.

The Elements Of Fate1Wow, I never take the time to right a review but this bank had absolutely hit #1 for worst banking experience.... This credit union is broke, there was four different times that the took my personal money. Fraudulent activity happened never got my money... oh my gosh customer service even worst... They should actually have a zero store rating or a negative star rating... ppl do your research because I didn’t ... Hopefully they improve
