  All of you are so friendly I feel like you know me and we have only met at the drive-up window! Thanks for all your help whenever I have a question or need something. I'm glad to be a Cap-Fed customer..............I feel right at home there.

  The new online banking system is screwed up. I noticed three days ago my car payment had not gone through bill pay. I was informed I would have to wait until today to make sure it was still scheduled. I'm on the phone with customer service and there are 83 people in front of me. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  I took two of my kids into the bank to deposit their change and bills they have been saving. The teller was mad that my kids brought change in and wanted it divided between their accounts. She also was irritated that one of them had over 100 one dollar bills. After listening to her huff and puff and slam things around, I questioned her about her frustration regarding funds being deposited into their bank. It was at that point she told me she had a bad night the night before. Not sure why her bad night had to be taken out on me and my kid's deposits. Needless to say, this left a bad impression on me and my kids for trying to deposit money. After I was done with the teller, I immediately went to the assistant branch manager and closed all of our family bank accounts with them and will find another bank that is happy to take my kid's deposits.

  great customer service nothing against the location but for real yall need to fix ur online banking alot of the time the app and website dont even work its very frustrating.
