  I have been doing business with this bank for the last 3 years, I had experience working with other banks in the past, but Great Plains Bank experience is Uniquite, special and extremely impressive with their service, turnaround time, and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend any small business owner can happily start their association with this bank and you will never regret. Here are my strong five bullet points why I am impressed, 1. Very prompt in response for emails / phone calls 2. Very professional and friendly environment. 3. All Staff members are very knowledgeable. 4. Easy to reach your banker whenever needed. 5. NO LONG STANDING LINES, You can walk in and walk out in pretty fast.

  I am so glad to bank with Great Plains Bank for both business and personal needs. I have been doing business with GP Bank for almost 3 years now and the whole team has been excellent and never had a single issue. Their customer service is top notch and excellent, they take any sort of issue very seriously and resolve them in no time. I am very thankful to Chris Shah, Mo Valji, Amy Basehart, Sara Quwar, Blake Miller, Robert Cannaday, and Teresa Mize for helping me bank with them effortlessly. They are surely assets to the bank. They were always there when I needed them. I certainly saw the difference after switching to GP Bank from a bigger bank. They make you feel special by giving importance and prompt response.   I've banked with the same BIG BANK for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that the experience with Great Plains was definitely different. My experience with the loan process was great and the customer service was excellent! Robert Cannaday and Corey Heffley assisted me with my loan and the communication was clear throughout the process...You are not just another number to them; they take the time to reach out (actually reach out) to keep you posted on the process of the loan or account. It's the staff that makes the bank great!!

  Excellent team of professionals. Special shout out to Mr. Valji for his superb service, he helped us very well throughout the process of our loan. I have had experiences with large transactions with other big banks but Mo Valji made it look easy and seamless this time for our loan needs. Highly recommend GPB especially the location on Preston in Frisco stands out for their timely service.

  Caleb made this ReFi a very simple process. He has a very deep understanding of each step. He asks the right questions of his clients to get the information to the table. He’s extremely available, even after hours. He must be seen as a very valuable asset with Great Plains Bank. As a business owner, to be honest, I feel Caleb may be under utilized. With his in-depth understanding he would be better placed in a position of oversight; teaching others his skills and guiding them and ultimately Great Plains Bank to even higher success.

  We were denied by another lender so when we got Caleb’s information, we weren’t incredibly optimistic going forward. After providing Caleb with the paperwork, he was able to let us know within five minutes that it could work. This was a very special time for us and Caleb was able to work through all issues to keep it that way for us. We would recommend him to anyone looking to get a loan. Also, everything was done via DocuSign and was super easy.
