  My rep., Eric Jimenez was phenomenal - AGAIN!. I very much appreciated his professional, yet warm, generous and caring attitude while carrying out multiple banking tasks, including changes to existing accounts, opening new accounts and moving all monies into the correct accounts. It was seamless. I was made to feel like part of the Guaranty Bank 'family'.

  Everyone at the branch on FM 529 is AMAZING!!!! They make you feel like family. They take of all your banking needs with professionalism, but also know each of your children’s names. I would recommend this bank to anyone and I do. They really are a wonderful bank with a TERRIFIC team!!!!! My husband does also sometimes use the Conroe branch and says they are fantastic there too.

  Johnny Le was very professional, helpful and kind while helping my husband and I set up a new account. Answered all of our questions.Everyone was very friendly. The branch was clean, nice and cool on a very hot day. So happy we made the change.

  The Galleria location is very convenient for me! Amble parking spaces and NO parking charge! I loved the lobby open concept layout when you first walk into the Galleria branch. I did not even have to wait to make a teller transaction. IF I had to wait to speak to a representative, the sitting area was nice and stocked with refreshments to enjoy on those hot Houston days. I loved how they made you feel like a valued customer and trying to establish a relationship of getting to know the customer. Then to hear how the bank gives back to the communities they serve, i.e. Volunteering was great!
