  Members choice STOLE $150 from me and wont give it back i made a transfer and they closed my account for whatever reason. I was not even told that it would close or that it did close. I have been going up there for the past year. They do not return my calls or want to assist me. I am reporting this bank for stealing people’s money. This is a horrible bank. Do NOT bank with them. I WANT MY MONEY NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. YOU CANNOT STEAL PEOPLED MONEY AND GET AWAY WITH IT. DO NOT BANK HERE. HORRIBLE BWNK.

  I’m completely satisfied with the service this credit union provides, Harry Satia helped me save a ton of money by refinancing my vehicle. He also educated me on maintaining a good credit. All the brach staff was very polite and welcoming. I recommended this credit union to friends and family. I am sure they’ll all have the same excellent experience. Thank you Members Choice. I am a very happy customer.

  I’ve been with Member’s Choice since Dec’18.... my experience has been wonderful. Anytime I need answer their always there to help. I brought my family over from Bank of America to enjoy better savings and honesty. There’s this one branch worker over in Cy-Fair that I just can’t remember the name off back, but my spirit knows. She’s amazing... her office sits right to the left when u walk in. She listens & encourage...... Thank Members Choice for allowing us to be part of the family!

  Where should I start? As my brother and I entered MCCU we were greeted by Mr. Satia, the Manager. He made us feel right at home and it was certainly a comfortable feeling. The service he delivered was excellent, he took his time to explain how we could benefit in opening a checking and savings accounts. I must say he knows his CU’s services well and really knows how to communicate their services at many levels from helping us open a checking account, savings account, approving us for a credit card with a generous limit and completing our auto loan in an amazing short period of time that morning. He is very skillful. Having mastered the knowledge makes him an asset for MCCU. If I have to describe him on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, he‘s a 10+. Come out and see him seriously, you’ll like him. He's super polite and well-mannered. I will end by saying his staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Nice work…we totally appreciate the Good job he did for us. Thanks!

  Horrible customer service and business practice. After my credit file was automatically pulled to check and see if I still qualified for my line of credit, I called Members Choice and requested a credit increase. I was approved and received the increase. However, the credit union changed the coding for my line of credit. Do to this change, every time I used the line of credit they reported the balance to Experian and Equifax. After I paid it off they would report it as a closed account. Basically, this credit union cost me a lot of points off my credit score. I called twice to have and visited a location near me asking them to correct the coding. They did nothing but gave me the run around. Finally, I asked them not to pull my credit file and cost me points and I was told I’d receive a call back. Well, 8 months later no phone call and guess what! Today 12/1/20 I received an email from Patty Davino at Members Choice stating: “Hello Mr. Jones, 12/1/2020 Your line of credit with Members Choice Credit Union will be expiring 12/4/2020. We attempted to pull a credit report from the Equifax Credit Bureau to review for renewal but there is a FREEZE on your file. If you wish to continue with the line of credit we will need for you to temporarily remove the status otherwise it will expire and not be available. You can reach me directly at” I deliberately left off the phone number out of respect. Though I have not received any from them. Luckily I put a freeze on my credit file and prevented this incompetent Institution from hurting my credit file and score. Oh please, let them report to Equifax and Experian that the account is closed and hurt my credit score again so I can gather all my paper trails and lawyer up. My advice is to stay clear of Members Choice Credit Union.

  I have been a member of Members Choice Credit Union since 1988 and cannot imagine having an account anywhere else. The Kingfield location is well managed and well staffed. Everyone is well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even know my name and greet me when I come in. I give them all 5 stars!

  I have been with Members Choice Credit Union forever and I absolutely love them. They helped me get a car, helped me several times when I needed help with researching a problem. The people who work there have always gone above and beyond to help me. I definitely give them five stars!

  I love this branch for my banking! . Everyone is courteous, efficient, nice, knowledgeable and usually know you when you walk in. They smile and say hello and it makes my day. My favorite branch! Keep up the great work!

  I definitely give five stars to Members Choice Credit Union, I have been with them for 18 yrs now and I absolutely love them. They are the first and only account I ever opened, I actually moved an hr away and still use them!
