  I've been doing business with Grow Financial for about two years plus. I recently worked with Grow Financial to obtain a credit transfer and 2 auto refinances'. I worked with an outstanding loan specialist Justin. Justin was very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and was also patient. Justin's Customer service approach was "Above and Beyond" and everything was seamless. I would recommend Justin and Grow Financial to everyone and I will definitely come back. I had all my finances taken care of in a less than a week's time and I am blown away with the service and the money I will be saving. Thank you.

  This branch is the best and nicest branch I have ever been to in Tampa, I am from Miami and there are many rude and inpatient people in their banks. But this branch made me feel very welcome, and has helped me with all my needs, They have great customer service ! I HIGHLY recommend this Grow Branch. KEEP UP THE GREAT TEAMWORK!

  Went in to open a bank account for my daughter, great and amazing Customer service was provided by Idamaris. She made my daughters experience a great one. We were in and out in no time and received a lot of important information to help my daughter. We wouldn’t want to bank with any other bank. Grow financial has the best customer service and we always feel safe and secure with our money and accounts.

  Unable to make appointment or talk to a live person. Just a pre recorded message that takes you to no where, Bad business practice to gain ndew customers.

  DO NOT USE THE ATM AT GROW ON SHELDON, IT STOLE A LOT OF MONEY FROM ME 2 WEEKS AGO AND i STILL HAVE NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡😡

  I have been a customer of this bank for several years. Overall everyone is really nice which is why my last visit surprised me. I asked for a service provided as a customer of the bank. I was told it couldn’t be done because my identity could not be verified. Huh? I have several accounts with this bank and even used their wire services during closing,smh. I’ve never felt insulted like I was trying to commit fraud. One more incident like this and I am through with this bank.

  This location is a below 0 rating. Sorry to say they have ATM machines that never NOT ONCE work at all and never inform any customers that the machine is broken. Customers don't waste a day accessing their atm machines. Thank you!

  One week ago I visited bank to open new account, no waiting, Mary Bernard was absolutely great. Spoke Spanish and English perfectly. Was able to explain and was gracious to repeat as necessary while opening my account. She took extra time to writ e whatever I needed to make it easier to de al with new account. I have returned twice to bank for teller services and both times was treated with a big smile and respect, also patiently assisted me with my needs. All these services are so appreciated when you are elderly. Thank you.

  The costumer services in this bank is horrible. I went there to apply for a loan. I been with this bank for three years and I was really surprise that the interest of this bank is even higher from the regular bank. what make a different between a credit union and others bank? Should be the interest rate and help the community with their needs. well I told the lady I want to close my account and I get I really rude answer I did not expect for a costumer services saying something like this. She told me that closing my account is been really silly . I got speechless to hear something like this. I told her: You are really rude to saying something like that, ..... in my opinion she should not be working as a costumer services at all. i will never recommend this bank to nobody . rude people not been professional at all.....and work as a costumer services you should know better.....
