  Shoutout to Danny and Nancy at Groves Capital! Right from the beginning Danny was very knowledgeable on the phone. He would explain everything to me carefully so that I would not get overwhelmed. He also provided me with amazing customer service. As soon as he let me know my loan was now in processing I received a call from Nancy, my processor. She was a delight as well. Answered all my questions and let me know the status of my loan as often as I asked. Danny and Nancy were helpful and very kind. Would definitely recommend this lender if you are looking to refinance.

  Jordan has done two loans for me in the past. Only hiccup was I had to get my ex spouse off the title. But Jordan handled it seamlessly and effortlessly. Working with him has been a true pleasure and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family 👍🏼Jordan and Rick are amazing!

  I've had such a difficult time finding a lender that was willing to work with me. I've heard every excuse in the book saying why they couldn't process my loan which is ridiculous, they clearly didn't want to spend the time on my personal situation. Just ONE call to Yousuf Shah's branch and I'm in a much better position than I could have dreamed of thanks to their help. Working with Hisham and this team is the stress-free, easy relationship you didn't know you needed. I couldn't recommend them enough.   I normally don’t post reviews, but this by far has been one of the best experiences I have had. I was very skeptical at first I normally only to business in person but the way Sam carried him self and the extra mile he took to earn my trust and help break down the entire process from start to finish. Sam made him self Available to me anytime I needed him even on Sunday he would take my calls. His goal is to make sure truly that every individual that he comes across is taking care of. He wants to make sure he leaves them in a much better position financially and make sure they accomplish exactly what they need. Every loan is custom tailored to each individual. I want to thank him and his processing team Evana and Jermiah for all there hard work. They made this very fun fast and easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  Amazing Trust trust trust!!!Preston was amazing and helped close my loan in 12days. Nancy really helped answers all questions. I was skeptical at first but they are partnered with amazing investors and companies such as UWM which is public on the stock exchange

  My fico was 553 and I called every lender trying to get out of my situation and everyone turned me down. Luckily I worked with Preston, he took care of me from start to finish and helped me! Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend!
