  Bradley Jones was very knowledgeable about current loan rates, and it is because of him that I hold direct access funding in the highest regard. I was able to get a hold of him 24/7 call or text and he always got back to me in a couple of hours at the most.   Phillip Zhin was an easy and reliable rep. to work with. As a matter of fact I called him on a Sunday evening after watching a press conference about the federal interest rate being cut, due to current national issues. Unlike most, he actually answered the phone and spoke with me at length, reassuring me my loan was not going to be impacted. This is the type of service you get from a rep. like Phillip, he is honest and thorough, I highly recommend him, excellent communicator as well.

  Brandon Clarke was my rep from direct access who was great, he got my refinance done within 45 days, and no points on the interest. Which saved thousands of dollars compared to my present finance company which wanted to change 1% which added thousands of dollars and still got a 2.75% interest rate. Thank you Brandon
