  Greg offers personalized service to his clients, taking the time to explain all options and answer questions. I appreciated how he would send reminders and check in if there was something I was missing to make sure that I received the various emails from the bank requiring action on my part. It kept the process moving. I have used Greg several times for home loans and it has been so easy vs the times I used another lender. Highly recommend Greg to anyone considering a new home loan or refi.

  I have know Greg for a number of years now, and he is one of the best mortgage people I know. He is very honest and takes the time to ensure my clients are put in the best loan product based on their needs. Trying to determine all the different loan options can be difficult, and he does a great job of walking through all that information. I know that when I refer people to Greg, that he will have their best interest at heart and will do a great job. He is a great guy and is easy to work with, but he can also be aggressive when he needs to be to get the job done effectively and on time (if not before). It's important to choose a lender who is local and understands the Sacramento Region market! I highly recommend Greg for anyone who is looking at purchasing a home or refinancing.

  In the middle of this pandemic we found ourselves needing to find and buy a home in less than 30 days. There was only one person we would call.Greg helped us finance a home is Roseville California in record time. So he was the obvious choice. He pulled off another record deal in the middle of a pandemic. If you were considering buying a home..now is the time .Rates are historically low and if you give Greg what he needs to do the job done....you will be a very happy homeowner in no time. Greg is knowledgeable and focused . The qualities you want in someone who has your future in his hands.. Doesn't hurt that he's a great guy either.
