  As a buyer's agent, Kyle provided a very high level of service for my clients and our real estate team during a recent home purchase transaction. He was always available, with a "let's get it done" attitude. His frequent communication and transparency, as well as his extreme professionalism, rapid responsiveness, and ability to explain and evaluate options for the client were greatly appreciated.   Kyle is one of the most proficient loan officers, I've worked with. He made sure my clients offer got accepted with a reassurance phone call to the listing agent. We closed in less time than 25 days. During sellers market all these little niches help. Today, I gave our buyer her keys.   We had the privilege of working with Kyle once before as our loan officer when we purchased our home last May. We were drawn to Kyle’s wealth of knowledge, assertive ‘stop at nothing’ mentality and pleasant demeanor from the start. These attributes proved to be a powerful combination in helping us achieve our real estate goals.   Kyle is a great lender. We have been working together for some time. He amazed me with his closing timeframe this week. We went under contract on a property with our buyer on 5/3/2022. As of today 5/12/2022 he informed us that our buyer is cleared to close. Our original close of escrow was 5/25/2022. He was able to get cleared to close in 9 days INCLUDING getting the appraisal report back. Our client and our agents are very happy with his work. Would HIGHLY recommend.

  I will like to spread the word out there especially for the new house buyers. Kyle McCray is one of the best Mortgage Consultant and he was able to bring the interest loan as low as possible. I was able to get 2.87 , and will make is as easy as possible for the home buyers out there. I feel blessed and lucky that I was able to get in touch with him, with Gerael who is also one of the best Realtor I ever meet.
