  Shane went over and beyond made everything go off without a hitch.There is a reason that Shane has all 5 Stars because he absolutely deserves 5 stars. Shane helped us every step of the way. From start to finish his communication was excellent, he is very professional and super quick getting our loan done fast. Funding will happen tomorrow and we will be in our new home next week. I can’t believe what a smooth transaction this was.

  This is the second time I've worked with Shane Lyle from Element Mortgage, and I'm continuously impressed with his work ethic, responsiveness and overall commitment to helping his clients. He's a true professional. Shane reached out to us when interest rates dropped early this year because he saw an opportunity for us to significantly reduce our total out of pocket. The process was complicated by the instability in lending markets and COVID-19, but through Shane's work we refinance down to a 20 year mortgage, cut our monthly payment AND shaved 9 years off of the mortgage (we were in year 1 of a 30). In all likelihood I would have missed out on these crazy low interest rates if Shane hadn't reached out. That's what you get with Shane - a person who keeps his head on the swivel and is consistently looking for ways to help his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Shane!

  Matt Crandell was so awesome to work with! He is very responsive and thorough with everything needed. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to get our loan processed efficiently. He worked out numbers on loan amounts on the fly. Ours was a new build FHA loan and he kept in contact with the builder and with escrow while keeping in touch with us during the building stages. He is easy to talk to and personable. We will definitely be contacting him to refinance when we can switch to a conventional loan. N Retherford
