  The Ruppel Team were truly excellent to work with, I could not recommend them highly enough! Knowledgeable, professional, and extremely timely and on top of things - the whole team was with us at every step making sure we understood each stage and answering every question. I was especially impressed by their speed and communication. The real added bonus was their warmth and friendliness through the emotional upheavals that seem an inherent part of the home buying process.   The group at The Ruppel Team are, by far, the best team I have worked with for real estate financing. Char has been my ‘Go To’ person since he first helped me with a refinance on my primary home many years ago. I have to say that the experience was even better now that he has ventured out on his own. The team he has put together work seamlessly with the lenders, the real estate agents, the title company, and the borrower. Jim Reddin was the star of the show, keeping me up to date and ahead of the game at all turns. Really can’t say enough here…I have incredibly high standards and they were all met, then exceeded. I highly recommend this group!

  I want to thank the Ruppel Team for all their help. We have used Char Ruppel to buy 3 properties over the last 9 years, and refinance our primary residence. To think after 9 years we would have 3 properties and finally be in our forever home really feels like a dream come true.   The Rupple Team mortgage lender was super efficient in processing our loan for an investment property. In particular, my wife and I wish to recognize Jim Redin, client services manager. He was incredibly easy to speak with , he explained the entire process, step by step, and provided his suggestions based on what we were trying to accomplish. He worked with other partners who were, in their own right , very knowledgeable and easy to reach with questions. Everyone was very responsive and timely. This was one of the fastest approval processes I experienced, want to say less than 3 weeks, or thereabouts. Thank you Jim for being the point man and seeing it through!

  The Ruppel Team is incredible to work with. Char, Jim, and Heidi kept us informed and on time (early actually!) to close a 15-day escrow on our new home. Char answered all our questions, provided all the information we needed to make informed financial decisions, and updated our options as the market and our wants/needs changed. Once in escrow, Jim anticipated every possible need and kept us informed at each step. The process was smooth, stress-free, and quick. We worked with Char almost a decade ago to refinance our previous home and are so glad we chose the Ruppel Team to purchase our forever home.
