  Mike was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad he was because Mike was amazing to work with. He was super responsive and respectful throughout the process. He would answer any questions I had and go into such detail that follow up questions were usually not needed. Whenever I received notifications regarding any lending documentation he would be on the phone with me while we reviewed each sheet with him providing an explanation for the purpose of each sheet that was being signed. I would strongly recommend him and his team as they were a pleasure to work with!

  I am going to leave an honest review. I am a local real estate agent so I've worked with tons of different lenders. No one comes close to what Mike Dudenkov has to offer! He is absolutely amazing! My buyers also love working with Mike because he is professional, honest, very responsive, and always knows how to find a solution. I also know that all my clients are taken care of.   Mikhail did an excellent job getting me approved for the biggest loan out of any other company. The process was very simple and he did a great job answering my questions and concerns and got me moved into my new home at a very reasonable time as well. As a few time home buyer everything went really well.

  Mike Dudenkov is one of the best loan officers! I honestly didn't know anything about homes and mortgage. An absolute clueless mess and he took his time to stay and explain everything to me and brought all the information down to my level. I was able to understand everything that was going on and I definitely feel confident when it comes to home purchases and possible refinances. Thanks to him, I feel like no matter where i go, no one could try to cheat me. Seriously he took that much time and effort to explain details and he made sure I understood everything as well. 15/10 loan officer. I can definitely stand by this company and their people. They know what they are doing.
