  " during the pandemic" great western cost me hundreds of dollars..noone to work in weeks ...everything automated...would allow me to make deposits used me direct deposites to pay the NSF FEES. becouse I had Bill's that were directly paid from bank. " was there anyone that would help" real caring. I worked every day and I get punished and fined. " Great Bank "

  this used to be a great bank (no pun intended) until they hired a new manager. recently after having fraudulent charges to my account I closed my account and opened a new one. after finally recieving my debit card I found out the manager emptied my new account, and after contacting his supervisor the money magically appeared in my old account which is closed and can't be accessed, and they cancelled my new account! It is really sad when the people who are supposed to protect your money are the ones responsible for stealing it! I highly advise anyone considering opening a bank account here to reconsider since 2 out of the 3 local branches have gone out of business, and with the thief they hired to manage this one, it won't be thier much longer!

  Have banked here for several years without problems. A problem that did arise was handled efficiently and rapidly. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a small time bank feel which I like. I have referred family.

  Employees are helpful and polite. I had an unauthorized debit from my account and the branch manager helped me get my money back It was in my account the next day It feels like a small town bank I love this bank!

  A nice little bank, if you like personal attention. Very quiet and clean Only complaint is the older style ATM, and not able to bank for the weekends. Everything is digital.
