  Go see Carlos and everyone here. Walked in to a bunch of friendly employees all helpful and quick with answers. Carlos asked me what I wanted to get and I kicked myself when I gave him a number. After a few minutes he offered me 40% more. I wasn't undervalued either. I had just been offered half of what i wanted down the road. If you have to pawn or sell something fast. Don't want to go thru hell to do it. Stop in here and talk to Carlos.

  Bought a PS4 and one of the remotes was not functional. Asked them if they can do anything for me. I approached them in a happy mood and they refused to do anything for me even with receipt in my hand. Said the remote was working when they had it. Keep in mind that the remote is really sticky like little kids spilled juice on it. Said if I wanted anything done. I'd have to return the whole thing and for store credit only. And they were extremely disrespectful. The manager was who I spoke to. I am never doing business there again. Apparently they don't care about their customers or even keeping them.

  Employees were very rude unwilling to help anybody out. People down the street however were awesome USA pawn has lost my business forever rude staff overpriced!! I think every other pawn shop in consecranda a is better than these guys there's plenty to choose from steer clear.

  I have been going to this pawn shop quite often for almost three years and on the surface there is not much difference between them and any other place...it's a pawn shop. But I have found some great buys at USAP + their staff is courteous, yet cool, as well as professional. Today, I had a major issue with an item they sold me. With this particular item, most people would have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not only did they solve my issue but they did quickly and with courtesy. They did not for a single moment make me feel like my issue would not get resolved...it was a great experience. I can't recommend this place enough.

  Awesome experience! Every one in the store was super nice and helpful! found exactly what I needed with the help of the awesome crew and Emily the manager came out her self and made sure we were taken care of. By far the best pawn shop in casa Grande Arizona .

  I've been coming here since they've opened and this shop has done a complete 360 since the manager Emily has taken over. She's very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. All of the staff is extremely curtious, helpful and professional. They have a wide variety of items at extremelygreat prices. This is the only pawn shop I'll deal with!

  Poor customer service over the phone. Couldn't get a simple yes or no from the lady in the front. Manger got on the phone & I felt like she had no care in the world about that buisness. If I can rate a Negative Star I would. Get with the program ladies.
