      3:30 on Friday afternoon which Is predictably busy and only 1 teller. The man who is next in line says he has been waiting for an hour. What is wrong with this bank. Every branch I have been to in Arizona has the same problem. GET MORE HELP! PAY MORE MONEY. YOU MAKE BILLIONS! What about your customers???!’n

      I’ve been cashing my checks at Bank of America for a few years now. I have 2 last names and only one last name is on my check with my first name and middle initial. This is how all my checks come to Ive never had a issue until Today. They wouldn’t allow me to cash my check because of me having my initial on my check it’s a Bank of America issued check from the state I get monthly for my child and I’ve cashed these checks every month at this bank for yearsss. And now all of a sudden this teller wouldn’t let me cash out. Spent 30 minuets in there ridiculous slow moving line just to be told no and this was never a issue before. I won’t be back here 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

      If you have to do anything in person at this branch, just make it easy on yourself find another bank to do business with. WF, Chase, one of the local credit unions, whoever. You'll save yourself a lot of aggravation. All of BofA will tell you is to use their ATM or mobile app. Its just not worth it.

      Bank manager is worthless and needs to brush her teeth. Stupid me for even going back knowing that there is only one teller at all times busy or not they could careless. One look at the bank manager will say everything about that place. Just don’t get to close when talking to her.

      Terrible service not sure why I bank here! They could care less, one girl checks you in and tells you to have a seat after waiting another comes out and tells you they don’t have any appointments available! Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing…..

      Got there about 3 in the afternoon. 3 lady's behind the counter. Only one helping people. The next man up made more than 8 transactions. And the line kept growing. 4 people in line when I got there. By the time it's My turn. There were 12 people waiting. 2 already left.not a happy visit. Will bank else were. 👎👎👎👎💩💩💩

      I hate coming to this bank and avoid it if at all possible. The drive through is not open and the line inside is always ridiculous with just one or two tellers working. I bank elsewhere or use venmo, but unfortunately I occasionally need to deposit cash for someone else. The one star I give is because the tellers shouldn't be blamed for the ineffective management of this branch.

      Been to this location three separate times trying to get papers notarized. Sat in the lobby and was ignored for twenty minutes, while people who came behind me were promptly helped. I was then told I would have to wait on those same people who came in behind me, because I was supposed to check in. I've been with this bank for over ten years, and this is the first time I've seriously considered switching banks. I can't believe how rude the staff is at this location. Don't go here unless you like to waste your time.

      Very unorganized. Waited for over 20min in the lobby before even acknowledge by a bank employee. Then once someone emerged from the back I was quickly shut down when I was a bout speak. Horrible customer service, horrible wait time.

      Worse bank waited on line for over 10 minutes with only 2 tellers available. They were quick to take us when we were depositing a large sum of money when we moved here. Also, waited 30 minutes for someone to help us when we needed to get into our safe deposit box to be told no one was available to open the safe for us. We are pulling our account.
