  I have both my personal and business accounts with PCFCU. I have to say that the service I receive over and over again is top notch. No matter what I come in for, I am always greeted with a smile and everyone remembers me. ♥️ I could never imagine doing business anywhere else. As my company grows, I plan to have PCFCU help me with all of my banking and loans. Thanks to the team there at the Casa Grande branch. You all are super stars! 💖

  Racist institution who doesn’t fully realize it. They detained a black man for not following their process (he was in the right) and to apologize said at no time did they feel like they were being robbed? Like, who thought that? That is even more racist! Maybe some will like that the credit Union is racist and makes people feel uncomfortable- just remember that it could be more than Blacks…Latinx, female, Asian..,whatever they don’t like. Bank somewhere else. Also as an MBA…I’ve looked into their holding and bank is not well leveraged and your money is at risk being there

  Poor customer service…long lines (they will blame it on current environment but they are worse than other local banks), clunky processes (like they really don’t have enough money so they can take and hold yours but can’t give it to you), and throw in most employees are rude and racist (including manager Elizabeth). I’m sure there are nice people there but I haven’t found them. Run far away from this “bank”

  Excellent place to do business. I have utilized their services multiple times and have never been disappointed. Employees are very thorough, with quick response time and very competitive rates!

  I'm from out of town and the people who work here are awesome. They are very helpful and always make a smooth transaction between them and my Credit Union in Michigan. O highly recommend this Credit Union as you won't be disappointed. They actually deserve more than 5 stars.

  The entire staff at Pinal County Federal Credit Union were very professional. The entire process was very quick. Estella is very knowledgeable and kind. Lydia was very helpful. I highly recommend PCFCU.

  Upgraded ATM’s to accept check and cash deposits are awesome! I enjoy the mobile banking and fast and friendly service from the team when I need to go inside. I’m very pleased with my credit union!

  Pinal County is a sister credit union to connections credit union in Pocatello Idaho. I am forced to use your credit union to do my banking in Id. And let me say it's the worst operation I have ever had to suffer through. I hate going in there. It is so bad, that I save my various checks to be simply cashed and put in my Idaho account until I fear that they will go void. One day I will get a teller that just can't do the job. Most say that I should find a phone and call connections, which leaves me relaying messages back and forth between CUs. God forebid a teller should pick up the phone and talk person to person. It's just the pits. Today again they wouldn't cash a 28 dollar check. I have never wrote crank letter in my life. This is the first. I'm completely at a loss. Steve Adams

  When expectations are not met, it can be frustrating! Shared Branching transactions have special limitations tied to them, such as funds availability and restrictions placed on cashing checks. Due to the regulations tied to Shared Branching we are at times limited in what we are able to assist shared branching members with and would then have to refer you back to your credit union.   I started at Maricopa branch with Kim and her team, they were always very pleasant to work with. But since moving to Casa Grande I use the local branch I have to say that the same level of customer service is not a top priority. Tellers seem like they are forced to be there. Not friendly or even pleasant in any way. When I inquire about online services I either get ignored or get a call back 3 weeks later. I have a car loan, a personal loan, savings account and 1 credit card and I'm seriously considering moving my business to First American Credit Union. I'm a loyal and patient customer but the customer service is not improving, even after filling out the customer service emails every year. At least 'act' like you want my money.
