  I've never applied for a mortgage before, so this may be a biased opinion. I thought that applying for a home loan would be very stressful, but Doug and his assistant made everything smooth sailing. Closing only took an hour thanks to everyone's preparedness. I am grateful to Doug and everyone that helped make this transaction happen so effortlessly.

  I was a first time home buyer with little to no understanding or experience when came to how to finance a home but Doug and his team helped me through it. The process was fast and almost enjoyable working with them and I would love to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home or for help with your mortgage. Doug is open, honest, experienced and has a great sense of humor that I loved. They all worked around the clock and were available when I needed to talk to someone or had a questions. The process was quick because it laid out what I needed and I could submit the documents in minutes and not have to miss work trying to handle paperwork. They are a super friendly office and handled the whole process quickly and were there for me 100%. You can contact them via email or phone and someone will get back with you pretty fast to make sure you understand everything and answer any questions. I was completely online but felt like I was in person receiving the best treatment I could ask for. I made a joke that I stand behind but I said I almost want to buy another house because this one was so fast and easy. I hope you consider them and give them a chance to help you get the home you are after.

  Their team was super easy to work with on our refi. The process was relatively quick and simple . Saved us a lot of money on costs and interest . Definitely will use them in the future . Good , solid hometown bank atmosphere.

  In the process of purchasing a home, I was introduced to Great Plains Bank by my realtor to get pre-approved for a loan. Sharing my concerns with Mr. Doug Caudill, he immediately instructed me on what I needed to do. Within on day I was approved! I can't say that this will be the case for all customers but in my case it was the most pleasant experience I have had in the many years of purchasing homes. Their website was user friendly while the associates working with me were prompt, courteous, and professional! They deserve ten stars!

  Doug was an amazing communicator. Very personable and answers his phone! He helped us make educated decisions so purchasing our home with him was easy. He got us an amazing rate and had us ready to close in under 30! If your looking for a lender. This is the one.

  My wife and I own a business and opened a business account here. We have regretted it ever since and will be moving on to another bank. It started out by no getting the correct name on our business debit card and not getting checks after they were ordered. Nobody knows what happens when any mistakes are made and the employees have no real clue how to fix problems. They say they will, but the results clearly prove otherwise. This is a management problem and for this branch it is a clear lack of management. We have had multiple problems with business orders costing my wife and I money all the time the staff at the bank act like nothing is going on, literally.

  Doug Caudill was wonderful. Everyone who we spoke to was very gracious and made us feel at ease. This was a very pleasant experience compared to previous ones we have had in the past with other companies. We were treated wonderfully; not a number, but a person.
