  Horrible automated answering service! I have been trying to pay my loan for over a week! I put in my credentials 4 different times on different days to set up the new app and each time I received a message that it was "under maintenance." I could not pay it with the old app and I tried 9 times to get through to someone on the phone. After 20 minutes on hold their automated system would hang up on me. I tried to set their new app up again and was finally successful and able to pay my loans luckily within the grace period. The whole experience makes me never want to use their services again. *Update, after I posted this review a representative from TFCU called me to ask if there was anything they could do. She gave me her direct contact information. Not sure if they'd do that for everyone but it did smooth things over a bit. Still, if they haven't already, they need to fix their automated service.

  Wait times are ridiculous AND could not find a loan with a single check. I have done this a thousand times at other banks. This presented a huge problem when buying a car from Carvana. Major pain in my rear.

  Slowest and most inconsistent place ever. Provided everything they needed and declined my loan because the supervisor didn’t understand how a pay stub works. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

  FYI, you have to make an appointment to receive a debit card, which takes a few minutes to complete, Insane, the rep mentioned this is for Saturdays only. I work Monday thru Friday, I will be taking off work early for this, Monday morning.

  I got to speak with Kelsey and her rude demeanor with the hopes of receiving some documents from my account. Every other bank I’ve ever banked with has the availability to request/view bank statements. Not this bank.... they charge $60 they call the rip off a “bulk request” therefore requires a charge. On my chase account I can view everything since banking there in 2010. TFCU also doesn’t scan important docs such as checks that are deposited into your account. You must pay $60 to retrieve those documents also. Sounds ridiculous huh. Don’t ever bank here.

  The staff here are absolutely AHHH-MAZING! Professional kind and attentive to your banking and Financial needs. I wish I would have joined EONS ago! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 They will forever be my credit union go to. If you are.considering joining a credit union...the branch at Rockwell and Memorial is THE ONE! A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF HERE!

  Awful, very very sad , disappointed services. Cannot get a hold of anyone on line. Long wait time. Apps constantly don't work. Been with them over 30 years. Anyone suggest better credit union ?

  I don't care what anyone says, this bank is awesome. Most of the low ratings I see on here are from Karens. I got a text from TFCU letting me know someone had stolen my debit card number and spent all my money. I called them, and they cancelled the card immediately. I went in person to speak with someone, and they had my money back, AND cancelled overdraft fees, within two days. TFCU is good people.

  Not an account holder. As such treated like a second class citizen. Needed to cash a check and was told to come inside (no drive thru for non-clients), wait with all other non-clients inside coughing on each other in line, had to pay a fee to get MY MONEY from THEIR CLIENT, and had to provide finger prints. Glad I don’t do business here. I expect my bank to serve those people that I choose to pay with my money they hold and profit off of. I’m sure the bank write something kind below about me calling them to resolve this (all in the name of saving face with the public) and then make ZERO effort to do so. See below.   I have been a member of Tinker Federal Credit Union for many years and while I give them credit from their past and the fact that I’ve had credit cards with them before debit cards bank accounts and so forth and generally speaking their customer service has been good but it seems like lately it all started with one issue not getting my credit card to me in person and having to come in three different times to get that worked out, And it seems like a lot of people through member service and in the branch don’t know correct amount of dates that they give people for thanks and it keeps you coming back multiple times but I would prefer to get things accomplished at least after the second time. I do give them credit as a whole for the reputation of their past but I am not so sure going forward I hope that enough evidence will change my mind about this going forward...
