  I was very confused as to a new agreement that needed to be filled out and Rachel Armstrong really helped me out. She answered my questions and walked me through the process. I am very impressed with her and the patience she displayed as I had a lot of questions. Rachel is a real asset to the credit union and am happy to know I can go to her for help!

  Rachel Armstrong is amazing. We have been working with her for 13 years and she has always been exceptionally helpful and just plain nice. Sometimes having to deal with money matters is difficult and embarrassing, but she is kind and you feel no judgement.

  Rachel and the team at FIGFCU are truly the best! They know your name and treat you like family. I have been a customer for over ten years and have done many loans and transactions during that time without one issue. I recently just purchased a car and my loan was funded in two days!! Wow!!

  Rachel is always ready to help me get things done! I retired from FIG as an agent, in January, 2005. I had a few issues with getting finances into my act that had been wrongly deposited into someone else’s acct. Rachel is why I’m a member.

  I've had the FIGFCU since the beginning of my career with Farmers. Every branch in every state I've lived in has been phenomenal. My most recent move back to Oklahoma led me to Rachel Armstrong and I am so grateful for her assistance!! She genuinely treats you like family and is so prompt with everything I've asked for. She's the best!!!!

  I recently began working at Farmer's and opened an account with the credit union. Erica provided me with extensive help on multiple occasions leading up to the opening of the account. I'm very happy with my decision. The rates and services provided are fantastic, and superior to any bank I've used before.
