  I’m not familiar with Colorado Springs, but in stumbling upon the website, I was able to gain insight about the different neighborhoods. Helped me feel much more comfortable when looking for a home. My husband and I with John Kropita to look at some of the homes available on a trip out to Colorado Springs and was very impressed with his professionalism as well as his desire to try and learn what my families needs were in terms of a great home. Would highly recommend Great Colorado Homes!!!

  We used Andrew Fortune and Great Colorado Homes to sell our home a few months ago. Andrew and his company are hands down the best we have worked with! The first time we met Andrew, he took the time to get to know my wife and I, which we hadn’t seen before. The thing that made Andrew stick out was his technical edge over the competition with his 3D tours and expertise on the Google rating system. Our house ended up being one of the hot listed homes in the Colorado Springs area, which we thought that was very impressive. Andrew made the whole process easy and took extra steps that other realtors don’t, such as staging, professional video, 3D tour, and much more. It was seamless working with Andrew because he cared about every aspect of the listing - from staging with his wife, to bringing a drone to capture aerial footage, to using special camera lens’ to enhance views, he was apart of every step in listing our home. Andrew’s personal camera work allowed him to hone in on different aspects of our home to bring light and focus to the best areas. He truly sets his listings apart from the others! When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked fantastic and knocked out the competition. Andrew had a competitive spirit, which showed his care for his clients! He wanted to get the best offer for us and didn’t settle. His knowledge of the home industry really shined when it came to our home inspection. He always knew the right people to call and the technical whereabouts of the various parts of the home (stucco, heater, etc.), which ended up saving us a significant chunk of change. Truly fantastic! Andrew is an outstanding negotiator, honest, technical (constantly honing his technical skills to give himself and his company an edge over the competition), and so easy to work with. We are so happy we reached out to him and had the privilege of working with him! We will continue recommending Andrew and Great Colorado Homes! He’s a true professional and genuinely nice guy. Thank you for selling our home!!

  Tony and I used Andrew Fortune of Great Colorado Homes when we moved from Missouri to Colorado. Without a doubt he was the BEST realtor.   Yes, this is true. Unfortunately, we lost all of our data on our Google Business Page for the last 7 years. We are building it back though! Onward and upward. 💪
