  I used to bank here regularly everytime it would take me forever to get through the line to make a loan payment for my vehicle. Today I went in to completely close any account I had remaining here, I was greeted immediately and by a very friendly gentleman named Josh (which was never my experience prior) he asked why I was there, disappointed to find I was closing my account, he told me to take a seat and someone would be with me, it took about 5 minutes before I was assisted. Ryan helped me with no pressure to keep my account open, he was to the point, helpful and very quick! To close my checking& savings accounts took about a 15 minute trip which was my usual car loan payment wait. These gentlemen definitely helped to make my 2 star experience over the course of the past 3 years to a 4 star from one visit.

  I would like to mention i received great customer service from Miss. Lauren she took the time to assist me and was so courteous always with a welcomed beautiful smile. She excels in her position and as a professional and she enjoys it because it truly shows in her great personality and attitude. She is a wonderful asset to your company. Im sure she will be promoted quickly. She is definitely a keeper. You hardly get good customer service anymore but im glad it hasnt died down.

  I own a small business here in Colorado Springs and have been banking with Security Service for many years. I use the N. Academy branch at Constitution. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, they know me by name and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Go check them out !!

  I received the best service this evening from Eddie Barnes works at Security Service north academy! First of all I was trying to get into the bank and the handicap entrance was locked, he being the gentleman that he was came and unlocked it for me and held the door for me. I would not have been able to enter in the front because the stairs. I had just bought a new car that day also and he helped me with everything which included getting my payment set up and getting a cashiers check; even setting up my online banking! Also there was a lady there and between her and Eddie it was such an awesome service! Thank you everyone at North Academy Security Service! I will be dealing with you more in the future!

  I really like this location! I’ve been a member for around 2-3yrs now and I’ve had some not so good experiences with a branch or 2. I started another business during the pandemic and given the run around by corporate customer service representatives who wanted to shove me phone numbers and emails rather than taking the time to give proper information pertaining to a business account I was looking to open. Couple of days ago something drew me into this location as I was running errands, great idea. Clean location, pleasantly greeted and assisted in good timing by the woman at the front door.. I found myself sitting with a gentleman by the name of Ryan Woods. His customer service was impeccable, he well informed me of all the tools and options SSFCU could offer and at no time whatsoever pressured me to feel the need to “do business with” their institution. I made the decision to utilize their business services and after sitting with Ryan I’m comfortable utilizing this branch. Upon wrapping up all the paperwork in great timing I also had the opportunity to meet with Branch Manager Kaitlyn Bumgarner who was extremely pleasant to meet with as well. My conversation with her was very resourceful and beneficial, I honestly don’t mind driving 20 minutes out of my way just to visit a branch I’m shown respect at. If somehow they see this thank you again because service like this doesn’t always go unnoticed and is extremely appreciated..

  Came in for a emergency loan and low hopes of getting it. Eddie Barnes went above what I expected and secured me with a loan that day. Very thankful and love being with this bank.

  I came today to ask about an electronic transfer that was put on hold for almost a week already despite the funds having been taken out of the outside account. Eddie Barns and his manager looked at the account and were able to get it cleared and deposited in just a few minutes. No hassle or issues. There's a reason I've banked with them for many years now.
