  Linq loan and Mark were very helpful in helping me find a cash out refinance so that we could purchase our time share, new Honda, and re stucco our house! This gave us a better rate and eliminated about $800 of monthly bills.

  Bryan Cortez and the rest of the team accomplished what I thought was impossible, by getting us approved for a loan and close on an amazing home! I must emphasize how incredibly hard they all worked for us!!! Bryan was patient with us and took the time from day one to outline what we were up against. Step by step he helped navigate us through the process. Pre approval was really intense but Bryan got us there and from that point it was less than a month before we got the clear to close. The entire team worked really hard and I am beyond impressed with what they did for my family. I would highly recommend talking to 123 Home Loan First.   Dear Colorado Springs Home Buyers, When I was learning to drive, I was relieved that I lived in a smaller town. I don’t know how people who learn to drive in New York City do it! While the housing market in Colorado Springs isn’t as bad as New York, I still found myself wishing I could go through this process first in a more forgiving situation. Taylor and I had spoken to three other loan officers before choosing One Mortgage as our loan consultants. They were a referral, but that wasn’t why we closed with them- we had been referred to other officers and banks as well. One Mortgage was the only one who sat down with us, took the time to get to know our situation, wants, needs, and desires, then walked us through some of the details of the home buying process that we wouldn’t have understood if we closed with a regional credit union or private loan officer. Not only was our One Mortgage Loan Consultant patient and responsive with all of our questions during that first meeting, but they were consistently doing this during every meeting, phone call, text, and email (home buying brings up a lot of questions after all!). We had a hard time winning our bids before we got pre-approved with One Mortgage. But once we decided to trust them with our loan, they worked with our Realtor to help us craft offers in a strategic way to target some of the Sellers’ hidden pain points, ultimately allowing us to land a bid on our dream home in our dream location. There are so many unknowns for home buyers and especially first-time home buyers. Trust me, it gets emotional and hectic. I would choose One Mortgage as our home Loan Consultants again and again because I couldn’t imagine going through this process in this market without having a team that is so competent and engaged in the process.   Top Notch! Highly recommend! Raymond Gahagan was our guy and let me tell you he had his work cut out for him with us :). He was very patient yet let us know clearly our timelines… and reminded us when necessary 🙂. Personable and kind.   My experience with my Loan processor, Mark Trujillo, was exceptional. Not only was the entire team extremely attentive and receptive to my questions throughout the entire process, but I had an incredibly difficult underwriting process, and he was still able to close my loan and get the job done.
