  We want to say thank you to Rick Carter and his staff at Graystone Mortgage!! We needed to refinance our home and initially went online and found a mortgage company that looked, acted and talked like they could and would be able to help us. After a month of going back and forth (which I would call, email with no response for days), sending in paperwork they could not pull through for us. I contacted Rick (not sure why we did not do this in the first place?) and within a few weeks we refinanced our home. Rick and his team we very professional, responded to phone calls and emails very quickly and made it a very pleasant experience! Thank you again Rick and Graystone Mortgage, we couldn’t have done this without you!

  Jordin Hunting is a wonderful representative for Graystone Mortgage. Ms. Hunting possesses incredible follow-through and went the extra mile for my mortgage. The executor of my mother’s estate lost my inheritance, which was upsetting to say the least. However, Jordin contacted the bank and the belligerent trustee and recovered my inheritance via wire transfer in one day versus three months. Jordin is a wonderful asset to Graystone Mortgage!
