Asia1Grand Lake is closing in the middle of the day. In Granby they take lunch 1pm-2pm and that's fine, but at 2:08 it should be open. Nobody was even there. It's ridiculous.

Eric Vandernail5Grand Mountain Bank's staff is friendly and helpful, walking inside the bank or the drive through. They are always up-to-date with fraud protection and I love their new mobile app, makes online banking so easy!

J Mulhearn1Employees are nice. Bank policies are NOT in customer's best interest. Extremely behind the times of modern banking. Bank policies are set up to not allow access to funds unless you notify the bank of your travel beyond 100 miles from home. I strongly disagree with being forced to notify ANYONE when my home will be empty. 100 miles from your home. The bank automatically flags ANY charges as fraudulent. Saturday night on a Holliday weekend. The bank notified me 4 days later. IF you lose a debit card. You will be without access for 10 business days. That ends up being 3 weeks. Not customer friendly practices.

Matthew Foster1Now owned by UBB. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced banking. Stuck using them for now but Ive moved the majority of my business to bank of the west. Anytime I need help the employees just put more obstacles in the way. Obnoxious and unprofessional.

Gabriel Torres1Had to drive all the way to Silverthorne Co to open a business account because this bank wouldn't. I had a small hiccup with a bank in my past & they didn't bother helping or finding a way to resolve this situation. As for 1st bank of Silverthorne, they helped with everything & I am now a proud business owner with a business account. I personally wouldn't even bother walking in here for a glass of water. Thank you for your extreme hospitality.
Response from the ownerGabriel, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I understand that we did identify what was needed to fix the "hiccup" from your past bank. Bank's have different policies for past hiccups and I am glad 1st Bank was able to help you. I am disappointed that you had to drive all of the way to Silverthorne as there are other banks here in Grand County that could have helped you. We would be happy to work with you in the future if you situation changes.
