  Adam Preston has helped me with multiple transactions involving real estate and mortgages. He is extremely intelligent and knows everything about real estate and home loans.   Elie Fany and Adam at Grand Avenue Realty & Lending took great care of me during a refinance last year. They were a referral from a friend who also had a great experience with Elie. Not only were they able to get me a great rate which they locked in with a great lender (Stearns), but they were able to handle the minute details and requirements of my complicated loan with ease. Eli kept me informed throughout the entire process both by cell and text, and he was also very forthcoming about me coming in and working with him or providing deliverables face-to-face in person at his office. These guys have been in business for a while, so if you're looking for a solid lender with a lot of mortgage experience vs. the fly by night get rich quick company, give them a try. They were able to shoot me straight and take care of all my needs -- each one checked off the checklist. Would definitely recommend and return.

  This other review from Alma makes no sense at all. I highly recommend Grand Avenue Realty. The entire team is amazing; from lending, to agents, to escrow. They are knowledgeable and always available. I will definitely use them again. They are as expert and ethical as they come.

  This realty company bought my phone number off the internet. I never consented to be contacted by these spammers. I'd think twice about whether or not you want to buy your home from such a shady company

  Bought a house from one of their listings 3 years ago, only to find out they re-listed it 12 days ago and its a pending sale. How can they do this if the house is not for sale and never will be. This is our forever home. If they truly have an offer from someone else i feel sorry for them because they are getting scammed.
