  Had our solar panel loan through them, attempted to make a principal payment and was told I wasn't allowed to do that, which in itself is insane. We refinanced so we didn't have to deal with them anymore, we're now refinancing our home only to find out they have a lien on our mortgage. All for a loan that never had a late payment and that we owe nothing to anymore. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

  Update: They have gotten a lot better, I can now access my bill online and make payments. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they changed my payments to the minimum, I have to go in monthly and add to pay extra for the principal. The worst company ever. I don't know how many times I have requested for them to send me a monthly bill or be able to access it online. Every time I call it's the same thing "is your address such and such, I'm not sure why you're not receiving them, maybe you can ask your mail carrier" can't wait to payoff this stupid solar loans i don't have to deal with them.

  My solar company sold my loan to view Tech financial services,.Inc. this was back in June 2016, and to date I have yet to receive a bill. I have requested a bill three times and they have stated that they have mailed out the bills and I should check with my mail carrier. I have tried several times my Merrill carrier and they have stated that they have provided me with all my mail. I understand once if they accidentally sent it over to someone else, however, this is a six month. The only letter I have ever received from them is a 10 day letter which I received a month after my first payment was due. I called the company and set up a automatic deduction from my bank account and the person who took my automatic deduction information forgot to set up a monthly deduction. To date I have been unable to see how much i owe on my account, or have been able to see any information on my account. It is the 2016's people get with it update your website and other information.

  Absolute rip off and the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life dealing with these scum. No feedback on issues, transferred my account across the country, bills sent late in order to make it impossible to pay anything but interest and no online option for payment on principal, just a scam toll free number that is really just a collections service if you call. Horrible experience, wouldnt recommend these people to Satan himself.

  My experience is horrible.. they sent my first month and second month payments at the same time.. I have paid them both.. looked at the new statement... my principle hasn't moved, and I mean not even a dollar.. I believe this is a loan shark company.. first chance I get, I am going to pull my buisness. The only problem is I don't know how much I actually we these loans sharks.. stay clear of them! Unfortunately I have to give them a star.. so I can post this. But they don't deserve it

  They do not send statements because they don't want you to see that you are only paying interest. The minimum payment is equal to your monthly interest so your capital is the same. Request a payment history summary so you can see what you are paying. My advise is that you pay more than what they request so you can start to pay part of the capital.

  Ridiculous, these clowns sold my loan to Spruce financial but didn't provide them with any of my payment information so I was getting collection calls from Spruce Financial while still getting payments automatically withdrawn from my account by Viewtech. Not to mention no website, vague and high pressure sales, and terrible customer service, avoid these guys like the plague.

  Company has website that doesn't work. No apparent way to pay online. Limited customer service hours. Slow billing statements. They survive due to need to lend to low credit score borrowers at high interest rates. Borderline predatory. Get with the 21st century, enhance the website, and make more accessible for clients.

  Same experience as the rest of the reviewers. Horrible customer service. It was a hassle to even verify an address to send a check to payoff my account in full. You would think they would be more than willing to give the information in order to receive their funds.

  The worst group to ever do business with. As far as I know this group has been dissolved and no longer exists.
