  Landis made the home buying process an awesome experience! He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.   Recently went through the cash-out refinance process with Landis and his team. This was our first time and from the very first conversation they instilled confidence and trust in that we will be taken care of every step of the way. They were transparent with information and available anytime to go over any questions, explanation of the process, and offered advice and feedback on what we had planned. It's rare these days to come across a business that is client/customer focused and operates the way they do with care. I wasn't sure what to expect when getting preapproved but with Landis and his team answering every question we could think of, we were pretty confident that we were in good hands.   Wow...Highly recommended! We have applied for new-purchase home loans and re-fis several times over the past 15 years; working with a number of mortgage lenders all claiming to be "the best". We have not had the best of experiences, tho, primarily associated with far more documentation, extra fees, and delays than we were led to believe in the beginning--especially for even minimal cash-out. For this most recent refi, we were fairly pessimistic about the entire process, which we assumed would have only gotten worse with all of the banking and finance regulations. We had no idea that a mortgage lender like Your Favorite Lenders could actually deliver on their promises of no hassles, no "surprise" documentation, fees, or delays--and for more cash-out than we thought possible. The reps at YFL, and Matthew Harris in particular, are straight forward, professional, and actually closed the loan a week ahead of what they had projected. Thank you, guys! FYL is definitely our "go-to" lender.
