Brock Anderson5Steve, Chris, Vince and the rest of the team were so helpful and always available when going through my lending process. They explained everything thoroughly so I could understand the process and continue to answer any questions I have. I will definitely be using them again!

Brody Collins5Working with the team at Thrive Financial was an excellent experience! Steve and his team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They are very friendly and care about their customers on a personal level. This was our first home purchase and we had A LOT of questions throughout the process all of which they were happy to answer. Not once did I get the feeling that I was bothering them with my endless questions and the need for detailed explanations. I am someone that needs to understand everything that is going on (especially with this big of a purchase) which is why I was so pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Thrive Financial! On top of all this, they are able to provide excellent rates and quick processing. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I don't know why anyone would choose to go elsewhere.

Courtney Nguyen5It's been two years since Steven helped us buy our first home...So this review is a little late. BUT I'm finally getting around to it because we are ready to buy our next home!!! OBVIOUSLY I reached out to Steven again because Steven and his team were amazing the first time around. When we were buying our first home..we had to switch lenders IN THE MIDDLE of the process ...And I am so incredibly glad we switched to Steven and his team. They were able to pick up the mess that the other lender had made. Steven and his team work so seamlessly and collaboratively as a team! I was still doing my undergrad during this time and we were able to do everything virtual/through email. The whole process with Steven &co. was so easy! The whole process was done so fast, smooth, and efficient. I feel like when you start going down the rabbit hole of "buying a home"....it's a stressful time. I feel like the the "loan" portion of home buying is the most stressful/complicated. Open houses/picking a home/ dealing with realtors is the easy part... Having a great/experienced/crafty lender is the most important part! Everyone's situation is different ,but if you know your situation is tricky or difficult.. I CAN NOT STRESS GOING TO STEVEN EVEN MORE!! Let him help you and guide you! He will get you through this and give you ideas and options to help your case. THAT is important!
